CSoft (Consistent Software) changes
Software Subscription Agreement (SSA) wording.
Effective from 1 October 2006
Consistent Software's SSA wording changes will apply.
Agreements will no longer auto-renew. Clients must now
renew their agreement prior to current 12 months term
expiration.

New
SSA wording (PDF)
SSA no longer has a three (3) month
termination clause. It will no longer automatically
renew at a cost of 20% of the current product list price,
at date of renewal.
The new SSA is 15% for the first year,
9% for all subsequent years, but it is the buyer who must
renew the SSA agreement.
Failure to renew on time means
you will have to pay for product upgrades at 34%. A copy
of the signed SSA must be forwarded within 21 days after
delivery of the Consistent software

Upgrade
Pricing will increase to
34% of current product list price after September 30th
SPECIAL
OFFER:
Upgrade + SSA until September
31st 2007 will be 25 % of the normal list price.
Cross-grade
from other raster products or older versions for 35% of the normal list
price.*

For
those customers that want to upgrade later and want to include a SSA the
cost will be 34% for the upgrade + 15% for SSA.
Total 49%.

RasterTech NZ will determine what products can be used to cross-grade.
